All the services here are cheap but great! For example, if you want to change a flat tire, it's free installation fee, you have to pay only the tube's price, around $6.7. The other stores will ask you for a fee (sometimes even higher than the price of the tube).
From Sep, they have better service, they do price matching with even AMAZON. We bought an accessory for our bike, MSRP is $49.99, but after checking with Amazon, they sell the product around $37 + tax.
