Calpico lemon sparkling water
Have you ever tried calpico - a very popular Japanese soft drink? If you have not, you should do it before the summer ends. You can find it at any Japanese supermarket, like Mitsuwa, or other Asian store (hope so).
A bottle of concentrated calpico (or Calpis (カルピス Karupisu) like this is just around $5, can be used for at least 12 times (I often use for 20 times). Everytime, just mix 2 spoons of this liquid with water, add ice, or cold water, or even much much better with sparkling water. Here I use sparkling water from Trader Joe's, cheap and tasty!
Add some slices of lime/lemon, it will be perfect drink for a hot day! Cheers!

Afternoon tea with lette macaron
It's 83 degree outside with a little bit windy outside my window. Just want to enjoin a cup of black tea - Darjeeling - with some lette macarons. This is the most macaron brand I like in USA, not so sweet, not so hard or soft.
These tea leaves were blended and packed in England for Taylors of Harrogate, all the flavor will come out if you use a right temperature. It's so simple with the kettle for Breville. Just fill water and use black tea setting, you will have a very awesome afternoon tea time.

Another steamed flat rice cake

Their foods are awesome, very close to the authentic flavor like in Vietnam. I love it!
