Bánh Nậm - Vietnamese steamed flat rice cake


This time I use our new steamer: The Risotto Plus from Breville
to steam Banh Nam - Central Vietnam flat cake.






It is served with Nuoc Nam (Vietnamese fish sause). For a fast preparing nuoc nam, I use Thai Kitchen's fish sause and TK Food Garlic Chili (Taiwan):

- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon fish sause
- 1 tea spoon rice vinegar 
- 1/2 cup water
- a little chili sause

Mix it together, easy and tasty!
