Home made soy milk

- After rinsing in water for a while, soaking soy beans in cold water for 8 hours (winter time) or 5 hours (summer). It's better to change water every 3 hours.


- Blend soy beans (add some water)
- Mix the puree with water
- Proportion: 100 gram dried beans use 1 litter of water
- Filter it with cotton bag (prefer organic cotton bag in Mother's Market), let all the liquid drain out
- Cook the liquid at medium heat until broiled, stir frequently and take all the foam out




- Finally, add sugar, and use it as a nutritious drink in breakfast or anytime you want!!!



Or don't add sugar at the end, you now can prepare a soy soup as following:
- Chopped green onion, cilantro
- Back pepper, chili sauce, sesame sauce, salt, sugar (few), rice vinegar

- Add all above ingredient to a bowl, then add broiling soy milk into it
- You will have a bow a soy soup.
