Baked chicken thighs

1. Ingredients: (for 3 people)
- Chicken thighs: 3
- Spices: 1 tea spoon for each: salts, black pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary, mix spices (21 seasoning salute), olive oil

I use the dried spices available in store, eg Trader Joe's or wholefood


2.Method
- Mix all spices with olive oil in a bowl
- Add chicken thighs, massage the meat until the mixture covers all sides


- If you have time, marinate the meat for 1 hour, if not, just preheat the oven and bake the meat after the oven is ready.

- Put the meat on the broil rack, add foil between broil rack and baking rack (the foil helps you don't have to clean up the baking rack, it saves time)


- Use baking function at 380 degree, lower rack, for 40 minutes, I use Breville Smart Toaster Oven 
- After 40 minutes, flip over the meat, bake at same temperature for another 15 minutes to have a crispy chicken skin
