1. Ingredients:
- Tofu: prefer bake tofu
- Cabbage: 1/2
- Onion: 1/2
- Dried mushroom:5 soak with water for at least 30 if you can
You can use fresh mushroom instead if you don't have the dried one
- Fish sauce or salt, pepper.
- For a better flavor, I also use some dried fish and fried shallot
- Sliced meat: you can buy it at Mitsuwa.
Without using meat, you can have a great pot of vege soup,

2. Methods
- Preheat the bowl for 2 mins, use saute setting
- Add dried fish, fried shallot, stir well for 2 mins
- Add sliced onion that could cover the fish, then add cut tofu, cabbage dried mushroom. If you dont have to to soak dried mushroom, put it directly to the bowl (after washing it).
- Pour water that can cover all the material, to make it fast, you can use Breville's kettle to cook water while you prepare cabbage
- Open lid and water 15 mins, everything is ready!
- If you have slice meat, add some at the end, water 5 mins, then done.
