Roll matcha red bean cake

 I was lucky to get the last roll matcha red bean cake at 85C bakery last night. Could not wait until breakfast, we finished it right-away. The green tea cake is not so sweet, just enough. The mixture of cream, red bean and green tea make its flavor perfect for a late night desert!
