Simple lunch

Just took 30 minutes to prepare lunch for us! So simple, fast, but delicious and enough nutrition. Wanna try?

Rice: Confetti rice from Trader Joe's. Need to microwave for 3 minutes only.


Meat: Vietnamese style - chicken:
- Mix cut chicken with fish sauce, chopped ginger, black pepper, turmeric powder (marinate 5 mins while you prepare vegetable)
- Turn Breville Risotto plus on, saute setting, close the lid, stir after 5 mins

Vegetables: broccoli  and egg plan
- Cut into small pieces
- Put into steamer basket and place in the bowl after you cook chicken 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water into the bowl,
- Close lid and comeback after 25 mins. Your lunch is ready!
